We have broken down this episode into talking about THREE NUMBERS, or finance info that you need to learn to optimise your business outcomes.

First number is shared by Stuart Warwick, and it is all about “What does success look like and what is the clarity behind that?” Stuart explained a little bit more on how he and Ian take the client into that journey and help us understand a little bit more about his ‘one number’.

Then, the second number is tackled on by Ian Luckett and his ‘one number’ is all about cashflow. Of course, Ian also explains what it is about and why it is important for MSP business owners to understand. We all weigh in and talk about the number of months of cashflow required as a safety harness.

Finally, the third number, coming from Adam, is all about gross margin which is we know about the ratio between revenues and costs. Adam explains why it is important to understand and consider. He also talks about how to make it more efficient to optimise business outcomes.
